BlueSkil is a career platform that matches skilled workers with employers who need them. Workers find jobs and apprenticeships, apply, and track applications. Employers draft and post roles, review applicants, and search for candidates. Meaningful steps — posting a job, sending a message, changing access — are confirmed in the BlueSkil app, not completed by the assistant alone.

The matching engine is built for skilled work. The live vocabulary includes construction trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and is being broadened to transportation, healthcare aides, logistics, hospitality, and other skilled-work paths.

The current launch market is the United States.
Using BlueSkil from an assistant
You can connect a BlueSkil account to Claude or ChatGPT using the MCP server address on the connect page. Directory “Connect in Claude” and “Add to ChatGPT” buttons will appear here once those listings issue public URLs. They are not invented in the meantime.
