Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 9, 2026

BlueSkil is a professional community for skilled workers and employers. These Guidelines apply to all user-generated content and interactions, including profiles, job posts, videos, comments, messages, and uploaded media.

1. A Safe, Professional Community

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, exploitation, or abusive behavior. Be truthful, respectful, and focused on legitimate work opportunities.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Do not post, send, promote, or request:

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or any content that endangers a child
  • Pornography, explicit nudity, sexual services, or unwanted sexual content
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics
  • Credible threats, graphic violence, encouragement of self-harm, or instructions intended to cause harm
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact
  • Impersonation, deceptive identities, fabricated credentials, or materially false job and profile information
  • Private personal information shared without permission, including doxxing or non-consensual intimate content
  • Scams, fraud, spam, phishing, malware, or manipulative engagement
  • Illegal activity, illegal goods or services, or content that facilitates unlawful conduct
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

3. Reporting Safety Concerns

Use the in-app report control on the content or interaction whenever it is available. Reports go to BlueSkil administrators for review, not to the person or company you reported. You may also use our Contact page for concerns that cannot be reported in the app.

4. How We Enforce These Guidelines

BlueSkil may remove content, limit its visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts based on the severity, context, and history of violations. We may preserve evidence and notify law enforcement when required by law or when there is a credible safety threat.

5. Appeals and Questions

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, or you have a question about these Guidelines, contact us with the account and content details needed to review the decision.

Immediate Danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Then report the relevant account or content to BlueSkil so we can take platform action.
